Lieutenant Milzin Veyn was a male Human TIE Fighter pilot from the planet Halmad. He and his wingman were assigned as Bastion's escort but where captured then detained by members of Wraith Squadron, who at that time were posing as the Hawk-bat Independent Space Force.

He was a native of the planet's capital, Hullis, and married with three kids.
