Millicent was a young female off the street taken in by the Nalroni Black Sun Vigo Sprax. Unbeknownst to Sprax, Millicent was in fact a spy for Sprax's superior, Black Sun leader Prince Xizor. Millicent's naked ambition grew as she became entwined in Sprax's affairs. Xizor made her one of the few spies with whom he communicated directly, partly because she did not know with whom she was speaking, and partly to be amused by Millicent's growing ambition.
