The midsummer festival was an annual celebration observed in Bright Tree Village on the forest moon of Endor. In preparation for the festival, the Ewoks made food and decorated the village with colored chains of flowers. They then participated in numerous contests for activities such as basket-weaving, archery, and log-riding.
