Mendel Cutter

The Dread Pirate Mendel Cutter was a pirate captain of the Rusted Cutlass. Upon retirement, he settled at Zirtran's Anchor attaching his ship permanently to the space station. When the station reappeared after its mysterious disappearance, Cutter's ship was gone, leading many people to believe that he had escaped the catastrophe.
