A medical diagnostic computer, also known simply as a diagnostic computer, was a type of computer used for diagnosing medical conditions. Medical diagnostic computers were installed aboard medical droids such as the 2-1B surgical droid,[1] though they also came in handheld versions. Tamo Lan carried one,[2] and they were also available in a miniaturized version.[3]
