A MechMiner was a small tracked vehicle designed for mining. The operator controlled the MechMiner from a single seat, controlling a variety of mining tools. Using a MechMiner allowed a single miner to do the work of a dozen beings. MechMiners were used on the planet Tasariq during the Galactic Civil War. Akin-Dower produced a model designated as the Mechanized Autominer Mk IV.[1]
