Maz-Verlin was the only city located on the planet Vernet. It contained the planet's only spaceport, the main roadway known as Center Street, and was surrounded by storage silos. Produce grown in the farms was transported to Maz-Verlin and kept in the silos until it was flown off-world. During the Galactic Civil War, the Imperial Army established a training camp outside Maz-Verlin and conscripted all able-bodied males.[1]
