Maydla Churhee was the wife of Vlaydm Churhee, the leader of the mercenary force Churhee's Riflemen. Whilst on a mission for the Galactic Empire in the Y'Trella system, the Riflemen became pinned down and were abandoned by Imperial forces, who had promised to back them up. Most of the Riflemen, including Vlaydm, were wiped out and the survivors regrouped on Turcan III. Maydla became their new leader and she aligned the group with the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
