A master relay terminal was a terminal which could override all communications systems, such as viewscreens, throughout a connected network. In 0 ABY R2-D2 used the Wheel's master relay terminal to broadcast proof of Imperial treachery on all communicator screens throughout the Wheel, sparking a riot.[1]
