The Master Control Computer was located in the Emperor's Citadel on Byss. During Operation Shadow Hand it continuously broadcast a Master Control Signal through the HoloNet that controlled the operations of all World Devastators. In the Battle of Calamari, Luke Skywalker had R2-D2 interfere with the signal, causing the loss of three Devastators.
