Marlello

The marlello duck was a waterfowl native to the planet Lowick. Its large eggs were a delicacy to the Pa'lowick, whose long snouts were perfectly adapted to eating marlello eggs, which they punctured with their tongues to suck the yolk through their tube-like mouths.

Marlello eggs could also be consumed by Humans, and could be bought in grocery stores on Coruscant. Freighter pilot Nyreen Vollen once delivered stocks of marlello eggs to Clan Skirata's home on Kyrimorut on the planet Mandalore.
