Margess Base was a structure located west of Autumna Planitia. While extracting information from a drunk bounty hunter about the location of an individual referred to as "furball," Luke Skywalker learned that he was at Margess Base. Skywalker then asked the bartender how to reach Margess Base, and was directed to travel west over Autumna Planitia.
