Mara Jade: Flesh and Blood

Mara Jade: Flesh and Blood was an article that appeared in Star Wars Insider 47. It covers Mara Jade Skywalker's first portrayal by a real human being, which was on the card Mara Jade, the Emperor's Hand from the Enhanced Jabba's Palace expansion for Decipher's Star Wars Customizable Card Game. On the card, Mara was portrayed by Shannon McRandle (as Shannon Baksa).[1]

McRandle is interviewed for the article, and expresses her excitement at being chosen to portray Mara Jade as well as the steps she took to prepare for the role.[1]
