Malkoi

Malkoi was a Male Rodian gangster on the planet Abregado-rae during the Galactic Civil War. Leading the Malkoi Gang, he attempted to kidnap Brinaloy N'Vaari so as to blackmail Provincial Governor A'jidre Skrigatov out of office. Governor Skrigatov wished to marry N'Vaari to tie up to give the illusion of amends after arranging for the assassination of her grandfather, the previous governor.

Malkoi planned to blackmail Skrigatov out of office, then set up his own puppet governor, allowing him to maintain control out of the limelight. Both Malkoi and Skrigatov were thwarted when N'Vaari went into hiding on Phyrstal Island in the resort city of Le Yer.
