M-04-12

M-04-12 was a medical file regarding the injuries and deaths of several workers in a tunnel collapse in the Morjanssik Mine on the planet Dac following the malfunction of twenty Q-4 Borer Droids. Four workers were killed and three injured in the tunnel collapse.
