Lot 452 was a large parcel of land located on the agriworld of Ukio. It has several large buildings surrounded by small hills. It was located several kilometers outside of a town, and had a private road leading off of the main highway.[1]
History
Lot 452 was originally owned by a crime lord named Granz Niiliisi. It was taken over by ThunderForce who were hired by a competitor to remove Niiliisi. The local government decided they would not be able to remove the mercenary force and deeded the property to them in gratitude for removing the crime lord. The mercenary force upgraded the perimeter security with surveillance pods and a fence. They installed multiple turbolasers and anti-vehicle and anti-infantry laser cannons.[1]
