Loro Ecls was a male Sullustan who managed the Gelgelar Free Port on the planet Gelgelar with the assistance of his large family. They lived in a warren of water-tight tunnels dug underneath the settlement.
Ecls was wanted by the SoroSuub Corporation for smuggling and shipjacking. He was a skilled forger and sabacc player.
His sister Nofre Ecls, who ran the Nofre Repair Bay, was involved with the Rebel Alliance.
