Lightstorm

A lightstorm was a massive electromagnetic wave that occurred in the Kathol Rift. Lightstorms were hundreds of light-years in diameter, and were formed by the build up of radiation and ionic charges. The lightstorms could easily swallow entire fleets, leaving minimal amounts of debris.
