Legate

A Legate was an assistant legislator in the New Republic and Galactic Alliance Senates. Legates weren't allowed to vote in the Senate, but they were allowed to voice their concerns in session. Like Associate Planetary Representatives in the Galactic Senate, they represented affiliate groups.
