The Laughing Sullustan was a starship attached to the mysterious space station called Zirtran's Anchor, where it was located in Sector Delta.
Originally, it was owned by a crime lord named Quentin Bartog. After Bartog had disappeared along with all other lifeforms when the station mysteriously vanished and reappeared, the Laughing Sullustan was taken over by a group of riffraff and criminals, calling themselves the Bartog Syndicate under the leadership of Ace of Staves.
The Laughing Sullustan was a custom-built deluxe vessel which boasted some of the most comfortable accommodations. By the time of the Galactic Civil War most of the luxurious interior had been stripped away by thieves.
