The Kwuennox Smugglers were a team of smugglers in the times of the Galactic Empire. They were commanded by Ozik Poyiu.
The Galactic Empire decimated the Kwuennox Smugglers. After that, the survivors, including Poyiu, joined the Rebel Alliance. Poyiu reformed the Smugglers to create the Gale Team.
