Kuat Traffic Control

Kuat Traffic Control was responsible for coordinating starship entering and exiting the Kuat system and the Inner Kuat Transfer Zone. In addition, Kuat Traffic Control established bases in a number of staging systems where incoming and outgoing traffic passed through.
