Kozar

Kozar was an Imperial general stationed in the Noonian system some time during the Galactic Civil War. He discovered an abundance of goods stolen by pirates from Nebula Consumables ships in the Noonian system when a Rebel Alliance base on Movris was shut down. He informed his superior Governor Trophan Thanis about the find who suspected that the pirates may have been Rebel privateers.
