Kemel Trowe

Kemel Trowe was an Imperial admiral who worked with the NAVCOR Command. After the destruction of Alderaan, Trowe spread Imperial propaganda stating that Bail Prestor Organa was working on a biowar program against the Empire and that the destruction of the planet was the only way to stop him from succeeding.
