Kazellis Corporation

The Kazellis Corporation was a short-lived corporation headquartered in the Kathol sector in the Outer Rim of the galaxy.

At the time of the Invasion of Naboo, the corporation maintained a branch office in Kwilaan Starport on planet Naboo to supply the port with spare parts.

Kazellis created the well-regarded Kazellis-class light freighter. When the Empire came to Kathol sector, Moff Kentor Sarne demanded a discounted rate on equipment and repairs. The board of the corporation refused and the company was taken over by the Empire. All of the board members and senior staff were killed or driven into hiding. The employees, in an act of sabotage, deleted all the data from the company computers and destroyed the production lines.
