Kabalard Vinne was a Wroonian outlaw during the Galactic Civil War. A former representative of the Guild of Armament Distributors, Vinne was responsible for an attack on the Victory-class Star Destroyer Rampant, which was undergoing repairs at Wroona Stardock.
