Jacen Corbit was the Director of the Imperial Office of Criminal Investigations (IOCI) during the Galactic Civil War.
He was tasked by Moff Landric of the Emmo sector to track down the notorious art thief known only as "Tombat". Corbit assigned Inspector Zanza Gata, a Special Enforcement Officer whose readings of Tombat's psych profile was said to be legendary.
