Iotran Braceman Council

The Iotran Braceman Council was an organization that the individiual Alvor Cano was a member of. They were a group of elite trackers that were tasked with tracking down criminals outside of Iotran territory. They were considered relentless, and often criminals would turn themselves into authorities when they learned a Braceman was on their trail.[1]
