Intersystem Library Exchange

The Intersystem Library Exchange was a construct of the New Republic that allowed systems to access information from another system's databanks. Several Yevethan worlds had once participated in the Exchange. Hiram Drayson had a proposal that would revive the Exchange that he wanted to bring forth to the Yevetha.
