The Interim Constitution was the agreement signed between the Gorothite P'Dar'Ken and the Galactic Empire. Under the agreement—which was signed under duress by the P'Dar'Ken—the Galactic Empire was officially an advisory body to the native government. In reality, the Empire had complete control of the planet, with the P'Dar'Ken acting as a figurehead.
