The Imperial News Bureau was an intergalactic holonews organization. Voren Na'al posed as a reporter for the Imperial News Bureau while journeying to and exploring Tatooine. This gave him a reasonable credit allowance, and reasons to be carrying a holorecorder and to ask questions without appearing suspicious.
