Hurlothrombic gas

Hurlothrombic gas was a substance that would produce a state of fear in organic beings that were exposed to the compound. Its effects were similar to the hurlothrombic generator and it was known that the Emperor would often flood his audience chambers with the gas to leave his guests in a constant state of fear.
