Hovarb Devist

Hovarb Devist was a clone of Soontir Fel.

He was part of a sleeper cell of Fel clones planted by Grand Admiral Thrawn on the planet Pakrik Minor. He later met all of the other members of their sleeper cell, Dobrow, Carib, Sabmin and Tabric. He along with all other members of Jenth-44 opted to aid the New Republic on the grounds that they be left alone.
