House of Balance

The House of Balance was a structure on the planet Ehjenla. Every year, the Gaawans of all the Tuhgri tribes gathered at the House of Balance to discuss planetary policy and settle disputes. While present, each tribe was considered to be equal, regardless of military or political standing.
