Holographer was a profession. Holographers would specialize in capturing holographs for use in various media. One of the most famous holographers was the Rodian Bovit Leebo, who captured the well-known image of Ka'Pa the Hutt, which was featured in Riccix's Revised Basic Holodictionary.
During the Galactic Civil War, Duros holographer Vendri DeRalm enjoyed exploring unspoiled worlds and became adept at at lining up the perfect shot in 2-, 3-, and 4-dimensions. After he was continually harassed by the Galactic Empire, he was recruited into the Rebel Alliance.
