Hogar was a male Human who developed a technique to make the HR-211 powersuit more comfortable. A side-effect of the powersuit was that it made the user uncomfortably warm. Hogar developed a technique to decrease the heat created by the suit by deflecting the heat with myoflex. Hogar's technique made the HR-211 a much more comfortable wear.
