Heavy Transport Vehicle

The Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) was used by the Imperial Army to carry spare parts and resupply units.

Every armor platoon was assigned two HTVs. They had three crewmen (doubling as general mechanics) and four additional technicians. The sergeant major could also be assigned to the support element in some cases.

Armor battalions headquarters (HQ) were mobilized to travel in 24 HTVs, having to carry a number of droids (about 6 per vehicle), equipment and support personnel.
