Hancc Rellow was a Human male noble and member of the House of Dentaal.

After the House of Dentaal was disbanded by Imperial Governor Taliff, he founded the Dentaal Independence Party that overthrew him. However, he was killed with the rest of the planet's population when the Empire released Candorian plague on Dentaal.
