Hanadak

The Hanadaks were predatory primates indigenous to the forest moon of Endor. Ewoks have claimed that they were controlled by the Gorax, but none of them were able to prove this legend.[1]

History

One hanadak was responsible for killing Ra-Lee, the mother of Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka, as well as separating Asha from Kneesaa and their father, Chirpa, who presumed she was dead. In reality, Asha survived and had been adopted by korrinas. She reunited with her father and sister years later.

Following the Battle of Yavin, the collector Jener Mich tasked a group of spacers to hunt and kill an unreasonable number of hanadaks.[3]
