Gorvan Horansi
The Gorvan Horansi were a Horansi subspecies, native to Mutanda, and were the rulers of the Horansi tribes.
Biology and appearance
They stood on average between 2.6 and 3 meters in height and sported manes of golden hair that ran down the back of their heads.[1]
Society and culture
The Gorvan were arranged in tribes, which was led by a single adult male. The rest were females and offspring. When reaching adulthood, males could challenge for leadership of the tribe. If they lost, they were exiled to start a new tribe. This led many Gorvan to find work off-planet. They were belligerent and aggressive. Gorvan enjoyed hunting, and would even hunt other Horsani.[1]
They were the rulers of Mutanda due to their numbers. This gave them control over the interactions with any people from off-planet. The Empire recognized the Gorvan and gave them rights that were not afforded to the other Horsani unless they were sponsored by a Gorvan. [1]
