Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The planet Genassa was orbited by one moon[2] within the Genassa system of the M'shinni sector in the Mid Rim.[1] After the population of the sentient M'shinn species native to Genassa grew to a size the planet could no longer support, the species constructed orbital biospheres in the system and colonized the moon so that their population could continue to grow.[2]
