Gantlo

Gantlo was a middle-aged male who settled down in The Puddle while on the run for a variety of criminal offenses. He worked at The Sand Bar and took over when the previous owner fled after a deal went bad. He would inform the local black marketeers about goods arriving in the settlement and also acted as an Imperial informer.
