Ganthel was a planet[2] located in the system of the same name in the Core Worlds' Bormea sector.[1] It was the homeworld of Grandon Holleck, who served as Governor of the planet Chandrila before he resigned and was replaced by Gerald Weizel. Holleck cited poor health and a desire to return to Ganthel as reasons for his resignation.[2]
