Floating health spas were located in the habitable Life Zone surrounding the gas giants Bespin and Taloraan.
Characteristics
These stations were shaped like hot-air balloons and floated gently in the gas giant's sky, servicing visitors with several relaxing activities. One of these was breathing cloud vapor, where people would lie down on the decks, while the pilot flew through high rising wisps of chemical haze (said to have some form of theraputic value). The effectiveness of this treatment was never clinically proven, but many visitors to Bespin were lavish in their praise of the technique.
History
Most floating spas hung around bigger colonies like Cloud City or Taloraan City, from where they could be accessed.
