Fleyars IV was the fourth planet in its system. It was the location of the Battle of Fleyars IV, in which the Galactic Empire subjugated the planet. The hero of the Battle was Akal Zed, whom took over command of the Seswennan Nightcloak when his captain was killed.
Behind the scense
In The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, there was an entry on Fleyars IV, which says that it was captured by the Empire in the Battle of Fleyars IV.[2]
