First Secretary

The First Secretary was the title of the leader of the Bothan Council. Also called the Chief Councilor, it was the highest post in Bothan society. The office was once held by future New Republic President Borsk Fey'lya. During the Caamas Document crisis, Ceok Orou'cya served as First Secretary.
