Firin Morett
Firin Morett was a fair-skinned Human male with brown hair who worked as an engineer in the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War fought by the Alliance against the Galactic Empire.[1] Stationed with General Jan Dodonna at the Great Temple on the moon Yavin 4[2] prior to 0 BBY's Battle of Yavin,[3] Morett had final launch authority in the base's hangar[1] and managed ground crews.[4]
Responsible for preparing Red and Gold Squadron starships for battle,[1] Morett and his ground crews worked quickly to prepare the squadrons before the Battle of Yavin.[4] Right before the battle, Morett was adding fuel to one of the starfighters as the Rebel pilots were departing. The battle ended with the Alliance destroying the Imperial DS-1 Orbital Battle Station above Yavin 4. Morett wore a gray jumpsuit.[2]
