Ferra was a female Dathomiri Witch of the Singing Mountain Clan. During the Battle of Dathomir, she was killed when her neck was broken by a Nightsister causing Teneniel Djo to lash out in anger and use the Force to kill the Nightsisters.

Lee also established that every individuals of the Dathomirian species are exclusively members of the Nightsisters.
