Fenald was the chief of security for Kuat Drive Yards in 4 ABY and, in particular, a lackey to the Kuat of Kuat. Fenald secretly plotted with Kodir of Kuhlvult to take control of a shipyard during the rise of the Galactic Empire. Kodir betrayed him, however, by slitting his throat when he requested payment.
