Feltran was a Human male Rebel officer who served Bria Tharen during the Galactic Civil War.
Biography
In 1 BBY, he accompanied Tharen aboard the Queen of Empire which was traveling to the planet Nar Shaddaa to meet up with the Hutts. He was killed by Boba Fett while defending Tharen.
